“In my opinion, this hotel stands out for its enviable location near the Arc de Triomphe and exceptional service, but beyond that, the classic Parisian charm and uniquely designed rooms create an authentic experience. It's the kind of hotel where the staff goes above and beyond, even returning a lost family heirloom. For travelers seeking both luxury and a personal touch, this hotel is a worthwhile consideration.”

acceptable, but underwhelming stay
cigarette smoke impersonal check-in
the location was convenient, near transportation and a few notable sights.
Check-in felt impersonal. The staff seemed more focused on their own conversations. i was given a room that smelled distinctly of cigarette smoke, a significant issue given the hotel's supposed standards (i expected better). resolving this issue took considerable effort and multiple calls to the front desk.
