acceptable, but underwhelming stay
cigarette smoke impersonal check-in
the location was convenient, near transportation and a few notable sights.
Check-in felt impersonal. The staff seemed more focused on their own conversations. i was given a room that smelled distinctly of cigarette smoke, a significant issue given the hotel's supposed standards (i expected better). resolving this issue took considerable effort and multiple calls to the front desk.
